How can something so RUINED be so BEAUTIFUL???

There’s a beautiful story behind this mansion that was burned down during the war.. a story of undying love of Don Mariano who built this mansion (out of his depression) in honor of his wife Maria who died (of pregnancy complication).. when world war 2 broke, he and his children had to leave the mansion, which was later on burned down to prevent the Japanese forces from using it as headquarters.. took 3 days before the ceiling roof windows were consumed by the fire, but decades have passed and the structure still stands tall and is believed to be a reminder of the glorious past of the province and the undying love of Don Mariano Lacson to his beloved wife…
